We are so excited to have you book with us! We specialize in creating individual, tailored experiences for our patients and offer office visits by appointment only. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please call or text us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at 513.999.2244. Less then 24-hour cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Why do you need a credit card to book an appointment? Our providers offer their time as private contractors. Therefore, even if you are not present at your appointment, we require you to pay for your provider's time. A $50 no-show or less than 24-hour cancellation fee will be collected if we do not hear from you and you fail to attend your appointment. I appreciate your understanding, as an unattended appointment means missed opportunities for our providers and other patients. Repeatedly not showing up to your appointment without advanced notice may result in an inability to make future appointments out of consideration to our staff and established patients.

What facial should I book?
Each time you get a facial from us, we tailor your experience to your current skin conditions and beauty goals. All of our medical facials are about 50-60 minutes.
If you are a new client: book a rejuvenating facial
If you are a club member: book whichever membership you have joined!
If you are interested in participating in our facial club and are not a current member: you may book a membership facial and join at your appointment!
Our Rejuvenating Facial, Basic Facial Club Facial, and VIP Facial Club Facial all include: a brief skin consultation, cleansing, an enzyme cleanse with pore cleanser, masks with steam & massage, optional extractions, hydration, hot towels, serums, and SPF all specifically tailored to your skin. Book each facial with an optional dermaplane (please note this adds about 10-15 minutes).
Specialty Facials: Microdermabrasion & HydraFacial include work with a machine to resurface your skin gently.
