I called a received no answer.
Our phones are answered by our doctors, nurses and therapists, we do not have a receptionist. If there is no answer we are with a patient or answering another call. We do not call you back if you do not leave a message as we have no way of knowing who to call back. If you do know receive an answer it is best to leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we are free. Do not answer if you cannot talk to us, instead, please follow good etiquette to let us leave you a message indicating what you should do next.
I have not received a phone call back.
Our phones turn on at 10 am and turn off at 6 pm Monday-Friday. If it is an emergency call 911, otherwise leave us a message and we will get back to you during normal business hours. If it is a weekend and you need to cancel a Monday morning appointment please use our automated system to cancel Sunday by replying "N" to your confirmation text or leave us a message before Monday morning.
What if I have an emergency?
Call 911 immidiantly. As we are a medical spa, we are not equipt to handle medical emergencies. We do not have on call staff. If you need to access your appointment times please access your patient portal. If you are locked out of you patient portal please text "patient portal" to our off hours automated system at: 513.999.2244. If you have an important question for your provider please be patient as we reserve our off hours for family time, thank you for your understanding.

Your provider will monitor our automated system during their work day for any messages from patients that they are seeing that day.
