In 2019, Advanced Aesthetics Group began its journey with only one service provider in a small, single-room office. However, Renée's business quickly flourished, and she had to hire an additional nurse and aesthetician. As demand grew, the office space became too small, and we began construction on a new, 7-room clinic. Today, with a team of five, we are thrilled to continue expanding our patient base and practice and eagerly anticipate a new provider's arrival!

AAG is seeking an exceptional aesthetician who is passionate and dedicated to joining our team. As an aesthetician, you will provide a range of beauty and skincare treatments to our valued patients in a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their skincare needs and concerns.

• Tailor treatments to each patient

• Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning

• Provide personalized skincare recommendations and advice to patients.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

• Maintaining certifications in various areas such as HIPAA compliance, Barbicide Sanitation Procedures, blood-Borne Pathogens, and Laser safety is essential. If you have yet to receive these certifications, we will provide them for you.

• Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques.

• Build and maintain strong patient relationships.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid state aesthetician license

• Proven experience as an aesthetician, preferably in a medical setting

• In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients and treatments

• Strong understanding of skin types and conditions

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients

• Check-in and check-out patients, as well as provide in-person scheduling to your patients

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records

• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends preferred
