University of Cincinnati graduate with honors, Renée E. Topala, DNP, DCNP, DCPNP, AGACNP-BC, holds undergraduate degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Nursing, a Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honour Society of Nursing, recognizing academic excellence and leadership in nursing.

Her early clinical career was rooted in critical care medicine, where she earned CCRN certification through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses before transitioning into advanced clinical and cosmetic dermatology, hair restoration, hormone optimization, metabolic medicine, and aesthetic medicine.

Renée completed advanced fellowship training in Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, Weight Loss Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine, in addition to research fellowship work in Neurobiology through the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Her published research includes work on altered hippocampal patterning in epilepsy.
